Paying your rent

The easiest way to pay your rent is online by using our secure online portal, My Account. This also allows you to see your statements and view payments live 24/7.


Log in to My Account to:

  • See your statements
  • Make payments

Direct Debit is a great way to make sure your payments are made on time. 


You are in control of a Direct Debit and we will tell you in advance of any changes.


You can choose the day you want the Direct Debit to be taken from your bank account and the payments can be weekly, fortnightly, every four weeks or monthly.


To set up a Direct Debit called our Customer Service Centre on 0300 790 6530.

We can set a Direct Debit up for you in minutes. Just call our Customer Service Centre.

Rent payments in a 53 week year

The financial year starts on 1 April 2024. This week is a 53-week rent payment year. Within a year there are usually only 52 weeks, but this is not the case in this financial year, as there are 53 Mondays.


If you pay your rent weekly, there will be an extra week of rent to pay. If you pay monthly, you need to ensure this extra week is covered when you make a rent payment.

It is important that you pay your rent on time.


The consequences of not paying your rent are serious and in the worst case could result in you losing your home.
